Information Collected: Your real-time geographic location information (GPS), departure point, and destination.

Purpose of Use: Used for calculating companion distance, planning routes, confirming whether companions arrive on time, and ensuring traceability of service trajectories.

2.4 Payment and Settlement

Information Collected: Order records, payment time, payment amount, and payment account information (processed by third-party payment institutions, the platform does not directly store bank card passwords).

Purpose of Use: To complete service fee settlement, process refunds, and issue invoices.

2.5 Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

Information Collected: Your call recordings (with authorization), online customer service chat records, and complaint and suggestion content.

Purpose of Use: To handle your inquiries and complaints, conduct service quality monitoring, and serve as evidence in case of disputes.

After the service ends, the companion's access to this information will be automatically revoked.

3.2 Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

Payment Institutions: To process payments, we need to share order payment information with payment institutions such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, or UnionPay.

Insurance Companies: If you purchase insurance included in the service, we need to share your identity information and accident-related information with insurance companies for claims processing.

Map and Location Service Providers: To provide positioning and navigation functions, we will share location information with map service providers.
